Beer Price List

We love great beer and we take great care in making it right for you. Our ingredients are specific to the type of beer we make, from the grains, hops, right down to the yeast, using only premium ingredients and our beer is brewed WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, for that full, fresh flavour, the way beer was meant to taste.

We get pretty excited just thinking about it!

You may be wondering what exactly a full mash beer is. Full mash beer is produced from all grains, made similar to commercial beers but on a smaller scale.

The barley grains are cracked and then soaked in very hot water at just the right temperature to extract the fermentable sugars that the yeast will use to produce alcohol. This liquid is called the wort.

Pale malt grain is used to make the wort and once the wort is sparged – pumped into the kettles – adjunct grains are used to further flavour the beer and add colour needed for different beer styles. Beer made with full mash ingredients is the ultimate way to produce craft microbrew-quality beers.

In turn, extract beers are made with a thick syrup. It’s basically a wort concentrate, where gallons of wort have been boiled down to produce an extremely thick syrup.

Most batches are about 48 litres (approximately 12 cases of 330ml bottles) and can be ready to bottle in 18 days

All of our recipes can be adapted to suit your taste; we have recipes that can match any of your favorite beers.

PREMIUM FULL MASH BEERS

“Full Mash” beers are made from barley grains which are crushed and mashed to produce wort. Each batch uses 22 lbs. of grain (Pale malt for ales, Pilsner malt for lagers), plus various adjunct ingredients (e.g. crystal malt) to give the flavour, colour and strength needed for the different beer styles. Beers made using a full mash process give a “homebrew” beer quality equal to microbrewery beer.
