Well, it’s trying, anyway. So with the promise of hot and sunny days, visions of cold beers and luscious wines should be on your mind. Also, especially for the wine enthusiasts, start thinking about getting your batches started for the upcoming holiday season so it can have time to age and be delicious for your parties and intimate gatherings.
I recently bottled from Cellar Craft, a 5-week Malbec. I aged it for approximately 4 months and… it is spectacular! A nice medium-bodied, beautiful ruby red wine. The aging really softened the tannins and a note of plums and a hint of berries. So good!
