HAPPY EARTH DAY, EVERYONE!!!

We’ve got our unnecessary lights off, the thermostat as low as we can get away with – we are fermenting things here!, had some spent grains picked up by our lovely friend, Heidi (who has promised us some tomatoes from her garden when they’re ready!), and fed the birds our extra cracked grain while enjoying the sun in Ambleside!
Let’s do our part everyday for the Earth!
